BLT Elettronica was founded in Tuscany in 1959 as a small artisan company, born from the vision and enthusiasm of its young founder Leonardo Bartelletti, a pioneer of the emerging television industry.
In 1979, the business was transformed from a sole proprietorship into a limited liability company (BLT Italia Srl). 

The Company stands out as a unique presence in Italy and is among the few operating globally in the professional television and broadcast equipment industry.
Its continued growth is driven by the expertise and dedication of a skilled team of engineers, commercial and product managers led by the two sons of Leonardo Bartelletti: Alfredo and Michele.
